About Us

Guided by the high demands of the new era, we created the company CMAD Techniki M. IKE.

CMAD combines four of the largest fields of work in the technical world, joining forces to provide high quality services.
The company’s name is an acronym from the initials of the words: CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE, ARCHITECTURE and DESIGN. Our goal is the overall approach of a project, from the conception of the idea, the design, the implementation, and the maintenance during its life.

For this purpose, CMAD employs specialized scientific and technical staff to continuously improve the services.
Already in the first years of operation the company has undertaken several private and public projects that have been successfully completed, while in the coming years it aspires to play a leading role in the industry, further developing the services it provides.
Our philosophy is based on the logic of continuous evolution, as "that which does not evolve is doomed to die."
Based on this, we envision the new era with Optimism, to continue to meet the increased demands created by modern technological developments.

Construction

We offer a full range of construction services for residential and commercial buildings, electromechanical devices as well as any kind of construction or renovation. In addition, energy saving projects are our main area of interest.

Maintenance

Facility maintenance is probably the most important stage after the construction of a project. Good maintenance ensures the good operation of a building. We undertake the Preventive / Suppressive Maintenance of facilities as well as the repair of damages for the respective building to meet the requirements of the users, throughout its lifetime.

Architecture

We analyze the data for the construction of new buildings or for the renovation of older ones. Based on the current trends in architecture, but also the requirements of the client, we undertake to solve every detail in all stages of the architectural study so that the result meets the requirements. Perfect architectural design will greatly reduce project implementation times and the benefits will be manifold.

Design

We design in every detail the projects we undertake, from the beginning to the end, so that the customer can understand the space and the aesthetics that he will have. For this purpose, we create 3D images where all the construction and functional aspects of the building are captured. On the other hand, the design continues in the electromechanical devices, the energy upgrade and whatever else is needed so that the result is even.
